Clothing: Exact clothing unknown. Possibly wearing T-shirt, knee length shorts, sport socks, tennis shoes and belt at time of disappearance.
Circumstances of Disappearance: Unknown. Jerry was last seen in the vicinity of Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave., in Salisbury. It is believed he may have visited a relative or friend in Landis, but never returned to Salisbury and has not been seen since. Jerry suffers from a medical condition and needs medical care.
