Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. Jasmine was last seen at approximately 12:00pm at her residence in the 13000 block of Minnie St. in Russellville, MO. Jasmine was scheduled to pick up her children the following day in Bland, MO. Her vehicle was later found abandoned on Rt PP off Hwy 94 in Callaway County across the Missouri river.
