Unknown. William Westover and Marcy Randolph (also missing) left Deer Valley Airport near the 700 block of W. Deer Valley Rd. on a day flight. The airplane is also missing and is described as a white and brown 1966 Cessna 182 airplane with tan stripes and Tail# N2700Q.
