Tattoo may also have the name "Charlene Roland" below date.

Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. William was last seen with his half brother, Dion Akemon (also missing), at approximately 10:00pm leaving the vicinity of the 1700 block of Linn St. in Cincinnati, OH.
