His vehicle, described as a green 1997 Ford F-150, was later located on May 1, 2005 at an apartment complex in the vicinity of 83rd Ave. and Van Buren in Phoenix, AZ. Jose's remains were located on October 2, 2005 in a remote area of the Gila River Indian Reservation by a hunter in Pinal County, AZ.
