Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. William, known as Mike, was last seen at approximately 12:30pm at his place of employment located in the vicinity of Spring Lake Rd. in Shrewsbury, VT. He may have been sighted in the Ventura, CA area as of April. He has a medical condition and needs medication.
