Identifying Characteristics:
Scar on the inside of right arm, scar from a bullet wound on one pinky finger, scar on the bottom of lower lip, walks with an unusual gait that is not quite a limp, partial set of dentures, burn scars on back.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. Don was last seen at approximately 3:30pm riding his bicycle in Gage Park in Topeka, KS. Don's bicycle was his only means of transportation and was later located at his residence. The door to his residence was unlocked. However, there was no sign of a struggle. His medication, glasses, cigarettes and lighter were also located at his residence. There has been no bank account activity since his disappearance and he never picked up a paycheck from his job at Kansas Neurological Institute. Don has a medical condition and needs medication. A reward is being offered by Donald's friends and family.
