Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. Roy was last seen in a Casselberry supermarket where he had cashed his paycheck. When he disappeared, he had approximately $200.00 in his pocket. His black 1992 Honda Accord was located abandoned on an I-75 ramp near Ruskin in the Tampa Bay area of Florida on 01/20/00.
