Clothing:		Beige T-shirt, blue jeans, belt, white athletic shoes, black jacket with white markings, black removable splint on left hand, carrying a black backpack.
Circumstances of Disappearance:		Unknown. Patrick was last seen at approximately 1:30pm at his place of employment located in the vicinity of Willingdon and Canada Way in Burnaby, British Columbia. Patrick had been involved in a motorcycle accident one month prior to his disappearance.
